By booking or using CleanLeaf services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you book, you accept these rules and our privacy policy.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning as listed on our website. Service scope is defined at booking.

We clean homes and offices. What we do is agreed when you book.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in CAD and may vary by location and scope. Taxes apply per provincial rules. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes depend on your province. Pay when we finish.

4. Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Cancel at least a day in advance to avoid a fee.

5. Health & Safety

We use safe products and adhere to safety protocols. Please inform us about sensitivities or hazards on-site.

Tell us about allergies or hazards so we can clean safely.

6. Liability

We carry insurance and will address reasonable claims directly attributable to our work, subject to investigation.

We’re insured. If we cause damage, we’ll make it right.
